1. Overview

MyCRMWorld provides CRM solutions through both subscription-based and one-time setup models. We aim to ensure your satisfaction with our products and services. However, certain refund conditions may apply as outlined below.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

• Subscription-based plans: Refunds may be requested within 7 days of purchase if the service has not been substantially used.
• Setup or customization fees: Non-refundable once the work has commenced.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@leafylogic.com with your order details. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.

4. Cancellation of Subscription

Users may cancel their subscriptions at any time. Access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. Please note that no prorated refunds are issued for unused time in the current subscription period.

5. Exceptions

Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:

• Violation of our Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to use or access the service after purchase.
• Issues caused by third-party integrations not under LeafyLogic’s control.

6. Responsibility for Employee Accounts

For business accounts that onboard employees, it is the business owner’s responsibility to manage employee access and payments. Refunds will be processed only for the primary business account holder, not individual employees.
