6. Limitation of Liability

LeafyLogic is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use MyCRMWorld. The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

7. Termination

LeafyLogic may suspend or terminate user access for violation of these Terms or misuse of the platform.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Pune, Maharashtra.
